    Bought a new copy AC:R and No Uplay Passport code!

    I bought a brand new copy of AC:R this week from play.com. I opened it to find no pamphlet in the box that is suppose to contain the Uplay passcode so I am left with half a game and wasted money. I have contacted Play.com and they have advised me to contact the game publisher directly. Is there any specific procedure for this issue?

    For all codes issues, you will have to contact our support team via http://support.ubi.com (direct link to the form: http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/app/ask). Make sure you attach a proof of purchase and they will be able to sort out this issue with you. Let us know how it goes.
