Why Does a New Season ALWAYS = Massive Cheating?

It seems like EVERY time (and I mean EVERY time) Siege gets an update that the amount of cheating spikes to insane levels. Why is this the case? Is there something about releasing the seasonal updates that makes the game more vulnerable to cheats somehow? Last night I played 4 rounds and EVERY round had people who were obviously aim cheating and/or using mouse macros. What is it about the post-update environment that brings all these exploits and cheats out of the woodwork?

And UBI ... if you're really serious about reporting people then you need to make the process MUCH easier. The reporting tool on the webpage is so clunky that it actively discourages reporting. You need a button right in the match team list that says "Report for Suspected Cheating". Right in the menu. Not in an website that requires you to fill in 6 fields of information, type a small essay, and chat with a support team person. Put. A. Report. Cheater. Button. In. The. Game.

That's when they come back, just as the legit player base does

They were bored of the game, something new came in so they come back

    This.
Also usually they care less and less for the game. So, gradually they become more blatant.

The usual hackers that you fight against every day are more subtle, they appear just like good players. But very lucky...in every round.

Because ubisoft are enablers when it comes to cheating, they look the other way and ignore it until the bad publicity gets so bad that they have to act and even then they half-*** their response, like just this summer where the cheating was so bad in siege that huge youtubers quit all together and all they did was give the people caught in the massive cheating scandal a 15 day ban with no further consequences
