    Support response time > Two weeks?

    I have submitted a ticket for DLC that I purchased but is not playable in my game. I have some patience but it has been almost two weeks now with not so much as a peep from ubisoft.

    If they aren't going to give me the DLC is there a way I can get my money back?

    Open a new ticket

    2 weeks?? I contacted support about something unrelated, and had a reply within 2 days. Try to open a new ticket.

    The last few times I have contacted support it was a couple weeks, including one bug during a GE that was time-sensitive. And, when they do response, it is always the same canned response. Send us your DXDiag, msinfo32, put in safe mode, remove anti-virus blah, blah, blah. Now, I submit bugs as complaints instead of for support as I know they won't be fixed until a gazillion people contact them. That is not to say I don't like Ubi games, several are among my favorites but I rue the day it won't run and I have to rely on support...
