Far Cry 4 - UPlay has fatal error

I have played Far Cry 4 for some time but now UPlay won't completely open. Stops at "setting up profile" about a third thru. Fatal Error msg appears saying file system failure aborting execution "unknown file with readfile ()". I am sending msinfo32 and dxfiag. Thank you.

Well my advice would be to update Windows to the latest version, which is not yours. You are using probably v1607 (called Anniversary update or something like that), and you need v1803, April 2018 update but not sure if that's the main problem. The real problem is ... are you using a normal account that's not an administrator?
