    January Newsletter Hints

    Coming in January…

More 70s classics are on the way, as is a major artist’s third song pack. Ain’t it fun, my dear?

I'm excited for a 3rd pack from a major artist. Hoping for Foo Fighters, Rush, or Megadeth, but I wouldn't be surprised by more Kiss, Green Day, or The Black Keys. Looks like Paramore, as well, and I'm betting a 70s mix pack.

How many 2nd packs are we at

    Foos
AIC - think we can cross that as unlikely
    Rise against
    The doors
Guess you could add jimi, rage and jonny cash as they were all split into 2 packs but unlikely
    Blink 182
Black keys, Green day, rush and megadeth as you mentioned

    Yes very exciting month ahead.
Paramore is a great get as well due to the band changing line ups etc and being sticky to licence older material.

    .
Johnny Cash(technically), Alice in Chains, 3 Doors Down, The Strokes, Pearl Jam, blink-182, Green Day, Rush, Incubus, Rise Against, Disturbed, My Chemical Romance, The Offspring, Megadeth, The Black Keys, Kiss, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix(technically), and Rage Against the Macine(technically split as well), and Foo Fighters.

There's a lot of good stuff there.

I think we can probably rule Hendrix there are Technically 4 Hendrix packs.

Yeah, you're right. I also think its safe to rule out some of the more recent bands, like Johnny Cash, Alice in Chains, 3 Doors Down, and the Strokes.

we haven't seen anything from the artists with 12 songs ever since they got to 12, and they are Rush, Hendrix, and Rise Against. if 12 is the limit then we won't see those 3 bands. got to be a band with 6 to 9 songs in game among those listed above, seeing its going to be a 3rd pack. i'm leaning towards Kiss

    Second packs, with dates, are:

    Foo Fighters II: Nov 2014
Hendrix II (of 4): Dec 2014
    The Doors II: Sep 2015
    Kiss II: Oct 2015
    Black Keys II: Nov 2015
    Megadeth II: Jan 2016
    The Offspring II: Feb 2016
My Chemical Romance II: Feb 2016
    Disturbed II: Apr 2016
    Rise Against II: May 2016
    Incubus II: Jun 2016
    Rush II: Aug 2016
    Green Day II: Dec 2016
    Blink-182: Jan 2017
    Pearl Jam II: Apr 2017
    The Strokes II: Jul 2017
3 Doors Down II: Sep 2017
Alice in Chains II: Dec 2017
    Johnny Cash II (& I): Dec 2017

Recent packs wouldn't seem unlikely for a third pack. Hendrix is out as he has four packs already.

I'm guessing Foo Fighters, the Doors, Kiss, or Megadeth. I'd love it to be Rush, but it's not so long since their second pack.

I know The Cult uses the term "my dear" a lot. That is what caught my attention.
