[PS4] Can't play the game yet

I bought the steep winter games gold edition on Amazon. It's digital code. And I downloaded it a few days ago. The website shows that the game will be playable on Dec. 5th. But today I tried so many times, it always shows that "the free weekend hasn't started yet, please purchase the full game" But I already did it. So when actually can I play the game or is there anything wrong with my game?

    Hi,

The expansion went live at 17:00 UTC on the 5th you should have access now.

Please let me know if that is not the case.

I’m sorry. It still doesn’t work. The same messages as before.

    Refund me please.

I bought this game and have gotten no where. It says I need to update, but there's no way I can see to do that. Refund my money, please.

Hi, the words still show on the screen. I still can't launch the game. It's been almost five days. Can somebody from Ubisoft tell me what to do with this problem?

Can you please get someone to look at my case. I've been waiting a week and I've called twice.

    Gold edition problems

Bump. I have the exact same problem and I hope someone can suggest a fix. Ubisoft sent me to Sony, and Sony tried everything it could, including re-initializing the console. Nothing. Ubisoft said Sony can add a license to my account, but Sony can’t do that.

Of course, the code is not refundable, so I’m out around $80.
