    Rayman Legends background bugs

    Hi. After getting a new pc (Windows 8),i wanted to win again Rayman Legends. Unfortunately, i have background or light glitches.
    In "Back to Origins" and "When Toads Fly" level i have seen this:

    hmmm try to help? rayman/ubisoft do the furthest thing from it. The only thing ubisofts support twitter account will do is tell you to fill out a ticket on their website. Which they in turn say they cannot help (or don't reply) and tell you to talk about in the forums, which people have done in the past to voice their concerns about bugs or glitches in the game e.g coop boosting glitches on distances and (lots) of vip threads. No one has ever replied to them so we can only conclude that all the problems in the current version of game will be carried onto the switch version. So you may want to contact the devs about the problems we have rather than put us in an endless cycle of support bs.

    Support helps many people with many different issues every single day. The sweeping generalization you make here is simply untrue.

    it may sound harsh but it's very true. Support has offered little or no help and offered no resolution to all glitches and problems.(there seems to be a lack of communication between support and devs.) I mean aren't you in a position to contact them as they clearly haven't looked at the forums... believe me I'm not lying! (:
