So the email address I use on my phone is not the same as the one I registered with for Uplay. Now I have an email from Support, regarding a ticket I submitted in-game. As this was sent via my phone email, rather than my Uplay email, I can't respond to it. I click to respond, and it takes me to Uplay, where the ticket in question is not registered on my account.

Is there any way to access this support ticket without having a valid Uplay account with this email address?

Regardless, the ticket response shows a distinct lack of knowledge to the issue I described. I think the only reason I got a response is the CS guy thinks it was a specific failed purchase, which it wasn't.

From there you should be able to update your tickets, send reminders etc.

ps: yes, while I was treating my 2 tickets - they made me go through such obnoxious steps I already did on my own. I repeated them for the sake of T/R etc... closed and solved both of them (one on my own, and the other needed their intervention on my uplay Trials Frontier profile).

Yes, I can log in. But only with the email I don't use on my phone. There is no Uplay account registered with the email address I use on my phone. I don't think it's possible to retrieve this ticket, as there is a flaw in the way people can respond to Support messages. Uplay being 10/10 again... :rolleyes:

But you do have uplay. What gives if you go here --> https://account-uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/account and edit and change your e-mail address to what you want?

Maybe you already tried all of this, sorry if I'm repeating the steps you already checked and that lead you to no avail.
