View Full Version : I got an empty code email from Ubisoft.

To begin, I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this so if you can move it to correct one, that'll be great cuz I'm a noob.
So my problem is that I redeemed the registration code for the French Cavalry Pistol that comes with the Phantom Blade replica. I soon got an confirmation email that "contained" my code.

So yeah I'm not really sure what to do now.
(Again sorry if this is the wrong place I'm not sure where to navigate to on mobile)

If you don't get a solution on these forums then you can try contacting https://support.ubi.com

Show them that screenshot (they might also ask for a receipt or whatever). Not sure how long it'll take for them to reply to you... anywhere between a day to a week. Support should be able to send you a code.

Support are the only people able to resend a code - assuming you have supplied all of the details they require, they can just send you the same code again - in the reply to your ticket - so you will be able to see it.

I'm assuming you have looked at the email on a normal browser, rather than just your phone? - it's possible the code is there, but might not display correctly in your phone.

Have you received a code back yet? I'm going through the same issue now...
