would a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming Graphics Card - 2GB GDDR5 be good to play ac unity smoothly with low frame rate issues?

I use the same card with an AMD FX 4300 and 8 gb ram and I play on:
Textures: High
Environment: Very high
Anti Aliasing: FXAA
Shadows: Low
Bloom: On
900p

I think I'm missing something, but whatever. I get a kinda steady 30 fps with occasional stuttering/ 5 second freezing, but if you turn textures down to low and environment to medium/low, you'll be fine. I don't like doing that though, because environment not on very high makes beards and hair look really weird, and textures on low doesn't just leave out detail on things like leather as it used to, it makes objects blurrier.

Ok thanks cause I'm running on a gta 630 right now and it is extreme rough. Do you think possible I could be able to trade it in to them and pay the diffrence for a new one? Cause it has a 2 year warranty

Hm, I don't know to be honest :/ I bought mine in August or September for 140$ with a 10$ mail in rebate here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024&cm_re=gtx_750_ti-_-14-487-024-_-Product

It's 150$ now, but the mail in rebate is 20$
