I have owned this cracking stick set up for over 2 years now and before that their X36. This stick has been used nearly everyday since i got it over about 4 hours a day so is well used /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

About 2 weeks ago i emailed Saitek in the UK as the main trigger was becoming a bit sticky / intermittent. I said in the email as i am an engineer is there anything i could do to it to rectify this?, well without a quibble and well out of its warranty period the support section actually went out of their way to find me a new microswitch and posted out to me a replacement free of charge to rectify the problem. I am now up and running again and to say i am really pleased is an understatement, Thats what i call service /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
10 out of 10 to Saitek

When I bought my X45, it had a sticker on the box that said "2 Year Warranty!". I often wondered just how well Saitek would stand by that.

Glad to here this positive story! /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Good to know...Ihave only had mine for about 4 months but I love it. Best HOTAS for the money no doubt. Work it with a MSFFB2 and some CH pedals and you have a dream setup...
