It's called "Fighter Boys" by Patrick Bishop. Hands down the best book I've read about the Battle of Britain and The Few. The author really goes into detail about who The Few actually were, their backgrounds, their ethos, opinions, attitudes etc. Really interesting bits about the different attitudes and backgrounds of the RAF regulars, short service commissioned, the Auxillaries and the Volunteer Reservists. If you get a chance, give it a read.
