Just a friendly querry. How in the world do you guys get anything out of the dxdiags that people post. all I see are a bunch of lines of random data, yet u came back with all sorts of requests and suggestions as to what people should do to their computers. If I could learn to rad these that might save me a lot of trouble later on. thnx.

Some of the stuff at the bottom confuses me too, but starting at the top, it lists all your hardware, configuration and versions. You can look and quickly determine if your using the most current driver for your vid card, sound, BIOS, and much much more.

Thanks, BTW...just ran it after looking at your post and found that I need an updated video driver! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif
