View Full Version : Savegames lost/corrupted: would someone from Ubisoft give some official news, PLEASE?

I'm still waiting to start the game again, before doing it I'd like to hear someone from Ubisoft officially say "All is lost, go on and start again", and maybe apologise.
But it seems they prefer ignoring us, instead of giving some explanation. I even opened a ticket yeasterday and I still got no answer.
That isn't a professional behaviour, dear Ubisoft, just to let you know. I know nobody cares about it, but I've been paying for Ubisoft products since the first Assassin's Creed and I expected at least a bit more respect than what you've showed us. At the moment I've even lost all my interest in these games.

Hi, I did write to them because of save lost on sunday.

They told me to desactivate Cloud saving.

I did.

But today, guess what ? My save is lost again...

It's a shame. It only have 1 savegame !

I tried all the different solutions I read here on the forums but none worked for me.
And after 2 days there's still no official answer.

3 days passed and still no official news from Ubisoft, here or privately. This sure isn't a professional behaviour.
