I'd confidently place it at No. 10 or No. 9 (with the Handheld's also in consideration). It was the worst, or second worst, of every single Assassin's Creed ever released. Period. Sure, it might have been stronger than Bloodlines, but I honestly enjoyed Bloodlines to a higher extent. How about everyone else?

It's easily on top, next to IV.

The AC that has coffee with Liberation...

But I don't hate it though.

My favorite is, and will always remain the first, for every reason plus one. But Unity is now right next to it. Unity is what I've always wanted from the AC series. #LovingACUnity ;)

It's the best one so far, alongside ACIV. Unity is by far the superior gameplay with the best mission design the series has ever seen, but ACIV had the best flow when chaining the same activities or hopping between different ones (which I expect isn't an easy thing to generate).

My ratings now go as follows:

ACIV
ACU
Rogue (Might be much higher, possibly even first place) if story was longer.
ACR
ACB
ACFC
ACIII
ACL
ACII
AC

Unity and ACII tied
Black Flag
ACIII and Revelations tied
Brotherhood
AC Liberation
AC

Haven't played Rogue yet. Unity has taken some of the best from all games prior and each one has added on. It's good to broaden ones AC horizons and move on from the first one.

The more I think about going back to the old games after playing Unity, the more I feel like they would be lacking in comparison.
