On the item it says the A % so for example High profile noise:30% and also Low profile Noise :30%
So will I make more noise now?
Because the stealth bar is almost full so I expect it to be one of the stealthiest items.
But why would the noise increase on stealth items?

High profile is what you're in when you're holding the right trigger on a gamepad (running is in high profile mode, jumping is in high profile, etc)

Low profile is what you're in when you let it go (walking, sneaking around, etc.)

High profile is walking upright, low profile is moving around crouched. Holding right trigger is old school. :)

Lol what because i'm playing on PC?

But the amount of % does it mean the loudness it will give me?
So I want to get a lower number to be quieter?

I think the higher the percent the quieter you are.

The percentages mean that, for example:

You make 100% Low-Profile Noise (before equipping the gear).
In the picture, it shows 35%, so your Low-Profile Noise will be "reduced" by 35%. Ubisoft should have put -35% to be more clear.
But yeah it wouldn't make sense to upgrade to the best possible gear with higher percentages that made you make more noise lol...
So they definitely mean "by how much they are being reduced".
