My Rig:

AMD FX8320 @ 4.5GHz
Asus M5A99FX PRO
Corsair H100i AIO cooler
G.Skill Ares 1600MHz DDR3 (16GB)
2 x Gigabye GTX770 4GB Windforce 3x (SLI)
1 x Samsung SSD (256GB)
1 x Seagate HDD (1TB)
Corsair CX750M PSU

I loved Black Flag and have some friends that want to run this game in COOP with me. What should I expect performance wise and what settings should I use for 60fps at 1080p?
I have been hearing some issues have appeared for the PC port and am holding off buying unity until I hear more about them.

Of course I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's very likely you can run it 60fps with your 2x GTX770 (if they fix cutscenes fps drop and multi GPU bugs). I run the game with single GTX 980 with max out setting in 38-55 fps in 1440p resolution (only AA is set to FXAA). And 2x GTX 770 is more powerful then single 980. Or you could wait for performance tests.

you should be able to max out Unity on 1920x1080. I have a i5 4670, 16GB DDR3 1866mhz, and a gtx 970 ftw (driver v334.65), and I get about 45-50fps with everything set to ultra. Be warned though, Unity does have issues. There is a in-game (read in-engine) cinematic that has noise and slows down. Also once in awhile Unity will temporally freeze on me.

Watch Dogs is still broken. You still can not run textures on High or Ultra without stuttering. Also, SLI performance is terrible with the last patch.

I don't think you'll be able to run ultra, no. People are struggling on SLI 980s. The game just isn't optimised. Give it a month or 2 before purchase, then the game will have received some love through patches and it should be the experience we were all waiting for.

Uh I think it's just your computer dude. Because I run Watch Dogs on all Ultra settings and I have no stuttering.

No you cannot,

AMD cannot make use of PhysX and a game can only be maxed when it can use the PhysX which requires all Nvidia Hardware, so it's impossible for an AMD user to be able to max any game that's been released in at least the past 7 years due to every game having PhysX in them.
