1. The Zis-3 does not make any sound when actually firing apart from the whizzing noise of the shell itself. This occurs with both versions of mg_snd.dll in 1.2RC.

On a side-note, is it possible to get the programmed maximum engagement distances for all artillery in FB?

2. Studebecker Rocket launcher has a very funny looking explosion effect... sort of like a glowing ball? Is this intentional? Because it looks very cartoonish compared to the other effects in the game.

3. I've noticed that line-of-sight seems to continue to come into play for the katyushas and heavy artillery. Given that both were used for long-range bombardment where the target was not necessarily directly visible, is there any chance we can have this limitation removed so that we can have cities/battles shelled by Katyushas/heavy artillery from a distance? i.e. we can then place a katyusha or 150mm howitzer a good distance from the action behind a small hill and still have them engage by lobbing their shells/missiles over and down onto the target.

None of these are too important, but just worth mentioning I thought. Cheers Oleg and thanx for an outstanding patch so far.
