Well i am not sure if this topic is discussed already

As Apple of eden is concerned, when connor got all of its information he needed to know, the apple of eden is disintegrated, that shows it disintegrates after fulfilling its purpose.

But as it is said .. Altair had one apple which never disintegrated, which was transferred to ezio in revelation ... but they never showed what happened to that apple ..

and then desmond got the apple in brotherhood, that turned out to be okie .. but when desmond used it to open the temple outside door, it should be disintegrated .. why didn't it ?

is there a loophole ?

Animus .. as we know is founded by templars, but when desmond got into the temple, he went into the animus state without any animus, ezio in revelation went into the past of altair without any animus but keys made of I dont know what !! ..

As per my guess, the animus technology is basically of first civilization ... and altair displayed its power in revelation .. but how come this technology came into abstergo's hand .. i dont get that .. espacially when the apple after fulfilling its purpose get disintegrated ?

I am very confused

I think Conor's apple was built to disintegrate after its use where as the ones Altair and Ezio found are different, they where built to last. I also don't think Conor's apple contained the powers Altair's and Ezio's apples had.

Connor did not use an Apple but a Crystal Ball instead.

if the templars had this animus technology already .. so that means first civilization was actually favoring templars and not assassins ... and if that is so ... they should have reached templars instead of desmond as an assassin ..?

That was the bleeding effect if I remember correctly, which was triggered by Juno. Rebecca and co plugged Desmond into the Animus while he was out, as he appeared to be "communicating" with the temple/Juno.

As said, Connor Apple is in fact a Crystal Ball, simply a communication device for Juno to reach him.

As for the Animus, it've never been entirely clear whether the Templars invented it based of First Civ tech, or came up with it themselves.

The Animus is indeed based on the first civilization tech, but there is no official explanation yet.

In Revelations novel is explained that Ezio returned to Constantinople after his retirement from the Assassins in order to set his affairs in the city to rest. Which included storing the Masyaf Keys in the chamber where he had found the first key, i Yerebatan Cistern, so probably the templars got them.

It is plausible that Altairīs memory seals are not the only ones, as stated in the contracts, too.

How the Animus actually works has never been properly explained, but it is based on the First Civ technology used for the keys (Altaïr's keys, indeed). How Vidic managed to comprehend how those work is beyond me, though.

The reason Desmond could see ghosts from his ancestors, if that's what you mean by Animus state upon entering the temple, was the bleeding effect, which is the very same reason he has their freerunning and combat skills.

Here's a pdf that explains how the Animus works. It was posted on the Initiates site way back when. It's the Abstergo Employee Passport. It's only 7 pages but you'll find what you are looking for on page 6, it's a very interesting read.

There are/were 6 known apple's. Altair's and Ezio's were completely different from each other. There could be countless more waiting to be discovered. You should take a look at this wiki page to find out more.

thats some really kewl stuff, but still all it says is what is animus and what is it used for .. and how abstergo managed to get over its side effects, but it didn't tell how it really worked, how they managed to make it, there should be some insight to history of animus .. all we know is they progressed from the audio tapes to visual and graphics interpretations of animii experiences ?

God, I m feeling like shaun, who thinks why not dial its knob back to 1st civs .. why not check in to how animus idea was discovered anyways ..
