So as many of you know it is said that the pocket watch will have a significant role to play in the game, this pocket watch has the initials 'A' and 'E' on the bottom of it divided by the Roman numerals for 6 (VI). Most would assume that they stand for Arno & Elise. However as having a significant role to play could this be a piece of Eden? Could the initials actually stand for Adam and Eve??? And I'm sure it isn't a coincidence that they both share the same first letters of their name as Adam and Eve. Could this be a form of modern day form of what happened in the bible? They both live happily without eating off the apple tree but then when they do eat off of the apple tree they are forced to leave the Garden Of Eden

Whatever it is, it's not Arno and Elise, as this is his fathers pocket watch and would be a tad bit creepy. Maybe it does stand for Adam and Eve.

Maybe Arno is a descendant of Adam and Elise a descendant of Eve

Furthermore I was just researching and Arno (in Latin) means 'Eagle Ruler' and Elise means 'God is my oath'

The letters are a 'C' and an 'A'; not 'A' and 'E'.

I thought it was E. A. Ezio Auditore, Eve and Adam, Electronic Arts, who knows. In any case I can't really even make it out, so I'm taking other people's word for it.

Hmm it looks alot more like an E than a C but if its C A it could be 'creed of the Assassin(s)??

Yep good point, and ACU stands for Assassin's Creed Ubisoft :p we are geniuses - The A and E and the Garden of Heaven (Jardin du Luxembourg) was a joke for another thread last week.

Hey this gave me an idea... what if Arno is a decedent of Adam and Elise is a decedent of Eve. Arno realises that Elise is way more important to the assassins then they think and he tries to justify their love like this. However Juno is hacking in to look for the bloodline of Elise. And if she had a kid with Arno. And that is what we are trying to do... find the link to eve. However how would this bloodline be in the cloud without someone putting blood in a vile. Maybe someone put the blood in the observatory ages ago... I don't know. Tell me what you think.

It's a C and an A; just a regular 'script' font; some examples with the screenshot:

I think it's still early to tell what they might stand for. I doubt it's Creed/Credo or Assassins, though.

... I said that in the first post of this thread.

However, scratch that, I forgot it was a C

This subject really interests me and I really hope that they writers have thought that far and link Arno and Elise to Adam and Eve. I mean he’s an Assassin and she’s a Templar, and the Biblical story talks about how she ate the Apple (Piece of Eden) and she lured Adam to eat from it. So whether they mean the real Adam and Eve in the AC mythology who started the revolution or a metaphor for the biblical story, I’m in.

And so are Altair, Ezio, The Kenways, Desmond, and perhaps Galina and Aveline for Eve.

I mean ****, how many "special" descendants do they have?

Anyone figure it could be the initials of his father, adoptive father, Mother, or one of both?

Nooooooooo! They'll just turn the franchise into an annual release, milk it for every dollar they can, then nickel-and-dime us with day one DLC and microtransactions. Are we gonna stand for that?

That and they'll make the PC community hate AC even more by forcing them to use Origin!
