Just thought I'd point people at a handy bit of software, in case people don't know about it.

Win2k/XP ship with very crappy QOS handling.

People have written much better ways of doing the same job.

DU Super Controller lets you set maximum upload / download speeds per application, and inside each application, per port / IP.

If you don't know what this means then you probably don't have that much use for it, but it's certainly a lot better than trying to get programs to interface with standard windows QOS. DU Super Controller plugs in as a 'driver' when it's installed and can control anything that touches TCP/IP.
