Hallo,
when i landed in Boston my FPS droped to 10-15. And my graphics-card is only at 30-40% load? The game is running DX11.

My PC:
Intel Core2Duo E8600@3.6 GHZ
Geforce GTX460 OC
4GB RAM

i never hat a game before not using my graphicscard 99-100% in MSI-Afterburner.

Whats wrong with AC3 ? Can i fix this?

The game is heavily CPU bound so aside from OCing your CPU or lowering settings I'm not sure there is anything you can do.
Black Flag is even more demanding CPU and GPU wise.

are there any ini-tweaks out there helping a little bit.

This will be my last ubispft-game if i canīt get it to run ok - i play a lot, my cpu is old - but never had such problems

What settings/resolution are you playing at ? The game isn't optimized very well but if you have low end hardware it's not Ubisoft's fault.

Your CPU isn't fast enough to feed your GPU in ACIII. You might not be as CPU bound in other games of course but keep in mind that 2 cores aren't enough to enjoy ACIII.
