So so so, this crazy guy from Jeuxvideo.com (Great Fake) named ItsxF had a little fun looking through the Making of' posted on IGN and discovered some interesting stuff. This said, I'm not aware if this has been posted before and I am absolutely not familiar with the research fonction of these forum, so please, don't jump to me throat if you are already aware. Anyyyyyyyyyyway:

This woman is a Templar. In the box we can read 'Woman_Templar', don't know if just a normal model, Grand Master or some random Templar chick. Whatever, she looks awesome:

http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/25/1403198074-templiere-4.jpg

Here's what most likely is Arno's girlfriend, her name his Elise, she's lovely:
http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/25/1403198057-elise-1.jpg
http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/25/1403198052-elise-2.jpg

A little close up to Ezi...Arno's pretty face:

http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/25/1403198049-arno-2.jpg

Eifell Tower might be in the Modern Day. We can see the base of it on a poster with a zeppelin in the background. Sure it might be a simple poster but in the ''Behind Closed Doors'' video there is a model of Notre Dame and right after it an Eiffel Tower one. It was said that the models helped in building Notre Dame, maybe it's just for the comparison, but still, this and the poster... see by yourselves.

Now probably the most interesting discovery of the author: An (probably incomplete) list of coop missions, with their names. So be sure that they will be at least 12 of them. Now for those who don't want to be spoiled on these, I recommended not looking what is following.
http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/25/1403198049-coop.jpg

Here's a list for the blinds
Machine Infernal (Guillotine?)
- Danton Sacrifice
- Heads Will Roll
- The Food Chain (Winter 1793)
- Austrian Audacity
- Girondist Round-Up (probably April - May, 1793)
- The Tournament
- Women's March (real one happened October 5 & 6th, 1789)
- Jacobin Hand
- Kill Roux (Jacques Roux? Suicide February 10th, 1794)
- Moving Mirabeau
- COOP E3 Assassinate Boullion

So, that is all he had for us, next he'll dig up into the gameplay, will update if anyone interested.

This is a great find, good job to you and ItsxF! Eager to see more! Also, what makes you say Elise is Arno's "girlfriend"?

Hot lovely bourgeoise chick with luscious lips, she's either his sister or his girlfriend, most probably his girlfriend, hope she dies.

I like Elise's hair. Cool find on all the info -- this game is going to be (hopefully) amazing!!!

Aww meanie. Why would you want her to die? We've already seen a girlfriend die in the Assassins hands(Christina and Ezio). As long as they make her interesting and not a typical bland character no reason for her to die.

Perhaps she's also an assassin? We have nothing to go on with Elise, and I doubt the sister role simply for the fact they don't share any physical traits (However there could be a number of reasons for this). Considering she is named I imagine her playing some role in the Narrative but I wouldn't just slot her into girlfriend. Like I said perhaps she's an assassin? Maybe they'll go and have Arno learn how to be an assassin from her (that'd be something I don't think the series has done) or possibly another Caterina ish character.

Does anybody of you know when will be available the part 2 of IGN Documentary?

Interesting mission names.
Elise, due to her being named has a role at the very least a very small one.

modern day in paris would be interesting, but how would we be playing us then, unless we make our own characters?

Nice find. Seems a higher chance the Eiffel Tower is in the game somewhere. Probably a tutorial mission although very possible it could be in the modern day. Playing in a modern Paris while roaming historical Paris might be interesting.

Elise looks cute although her lips make me think she got collagen injections, got stung by a bee, or was sucking a lemon. They look too short width-wise and too large height-wise for her face, but could just be the angle.

There's many scenarios for Elise:
1.) Arno's love interest
2.) Arno's younger full or half sister (betting more on the half)
3.) A fellow Assassin
4.) A Templar's daughter
5.) A childhood friend of Arno (and remains such throughout the story)
6.) Some random female noble NPC model that was based on a woman named Elise
7.) She's Arno's cousin
8.) She's the daughter of a noble that Arno takes pity on so saves her from being slaughtered only for her to become attached to him like a lost puppy
9.) Massive twist! Elise is Arno's mother and we only see her in a flashback

While Arno and Elise don't share many traits, you can't really throw out them being related. If they're half siblings, that can easily explain not sharing traits. Children often resemble their fathers and some children might not have any visible traits of their mothers (effectively being a mini clone of their father), or they're a throwback to a previous ancestor. Arno could just be a dead ringer for his father while Elise is a feminine version of her own father. Or the two are just cousins which also explains the differences. Genetics can be rather entertaining at times, and truth is often stranger than fiction.

While it's possible Arno and Elise can be related, chances are they're likely not. I'd suspect she is the love interest of Arno, but due to how bloody the French Revolution got, she either loses her head or is murdered by a Templar around the mid-point or toward the end playing into the finale act of the game. Realistically, when is an Assassin ever happy? If they are, it's short lived. Only way I see Elise living to the end and living happily ever after with Arno is if Ubisoft's giving the Connor fans a big middle finger. "Hey, we know you guys want Connor's end, but here's another assassin that does get his story and an ending in the same game while we leave Connor vague." Not particularly fair to start to finish off the stories for the later assassins when they still have two that are half done (Connor and Aveline). Although still begs the question what Comet is, although given the Unity story rumors were true ...

Elise is Connor's future wife.
It would be nice for Connor to find the love of his life, I just hope that person he finds is someone who makes him happy with a great personality, that's what Connor needs in his life.

edit: Oh **** I just realized Elise is that princess from Sonic 2006, they even look kind of similar.

I like Elise's character design, she looks cute as apposed to downright hot and sexualised.

ze_topazio

According to an interesting argument I read the other day, is not sexualization if the character has a personally, accomplishments and importance to the story, in that case is just sexiness.

What a great find!

A big yes to the female Templar.
Elise looks pretty awesome as well. Great character design.
Looks like Arno's eyes are green with a hint of brown. Good, at least no full brown eyes. We already had to many AC protagonists with brown eyes.

This is true, +1 for you. Then again, I always killed the fat women civvies in AC:R for being fat. They deserved to die as I thought they were stealing food from poorer people.

So I was doing a public service.

I'm trying to think.

Was there an actual time we got to assassinate a woman? Aside from the ugly 1 dimensional aveline's mama?

Altair and Ezio both stayed their hand. But i think it made sense in context considering it was probably deemed wrong to kill women back then.

With regards to female targets, Ezio kills at least two of the female Templar agents/MP characters in ACB/R.

Can I ask though, that we not go too far the other way (joking or otherwise) in response to perceived feminism? The last thing we need is to create extremes!

I twitted to Lesley Phord Toy (ACUnity producer) if she can confirm if the present day is first person or third person and she answered me that all she can confirm is that there is a modern day and she hope to share more details soon.
