Chris Tilton - http://www.christilton.com/

Sarah Schachner - http://www.sarahschachner.com/

Ryan Amon - http://ryanamon.com/

Some of them have specific duties (combat, modern day, cinematics, etc) but from what I understand there is some overlap too.

As always, I must thank you for everything you've done loomer. You're a great person, keep up the good work.

Hopefully the music turns out nice and beautiful as Jesper Kyd and Lorne Balfe.

Chris Tilton? I should've known it was him. I knew something reminded me of SimCity lol Ryan Amon's Elysium soundtrack was pretty cool. Nothing special, but still good. I'm looking most forward to Sarah Schachner's work. Loved her tracks in AC4.

Time to check out their work.

EDIT: so Brian Tyler didn't compose all of AC4's soundtrack? Apparently Sarah's responsible for a few of the tracks

I hope it stays cohesive? I love when composers create an unique beautiful melody that can be played in many tunes and still be recognized as the "main theme" for the game. AC2 and AC3 are my favorites doing this.

This thread should be merged with the one Wolf made.

Wow, didn't know another composer even worked on Black Flag let alone made my favourite track. 'Under the Black Flag' is absolutely terrific. Although, I'm pretty sure that track used a section from the main theme which as far as I know was made by Tyler...I dunno.

Hard to grasp how they'll be from those, none of those tunes suit Unity.

Although the ones in the soundtrack preview vid show that things are gonna be just fine.

I've never heard of any of these people, but I loved AC4's soundtrack, so if Sarah was responsible for some of the tracks, she's already gone up a few points. Kinda weird that there are separate composers for combat vs. regular tracks, though.

According to her website Sarah also did 'Pyrates Beware', which is my favourite track from AC4's OST.

Hopefully this means they will actually put effort into making good combat tracks again. Looking forward to it.

I'm ashamed to say that I didn't know that Sarah was responsible for part of AC4's soundtrack. Never read the entire credits.

But her tracks prove that they chose the right person for the job. I'm sure the other two composers will also give us what we need.

I stopped reading the credits after AC3 gave like a 30 minute long credit sequence...

I'm afraid to get Unity on console but I have no other choice in my situation lol, the credits are probably going to have me sitting there unable to use the PS4 for like 45 minutes.

AC4 allowed you to skip credits.

Didn't AC:3 have like the longest credits in a videogame ever?

Watch Dogs has the longest credits I have ever seen.

Ummm.. very nice! I wouldn't have guessed there would have been 3 people on the soundtrack. Each seem to have there own uniqueness, I wonder how it will all come together in the end and if there will be an overall theme? Either way I'm looking forward to it. There has yet to be a Soundtrack that I felt was just terrible. AC3 and AC2 remain some of my favorites to this day! AC4 was pretty damn good too! Come to think of I'm not even sure what music sounded like in France in the late 18th Century? America yes... France not so much.

It's like Ubi is trying to one-up themselves with each new game.

It's kind of annoying.

I mean why would I need to know about the Korean version of the game. That should only show up in the Korean version. That goes for the other countries as well.

@ Shaku whaaaa??

Is there a Korean version of the soundtrack or composers?

I'm talking about the overly long credits - where they list the various international versions of the game. So the Korean voice actors etc. And then every other damn country too.

Ohh! okay I see what your are saying now! Ha! Yeah, I do kinda agree with that.. I've always found it odd..

Come to think of I'm not even sure what music sounded like in France in the late 18th Century? America yes... France not so much.

Since the french Revolution was such a tumultuous, spirit evoking, rebellious and yet dark and mysterious time in which the opulence of the royalty was heavily involved, I can think of some "war time" music, mixed with an elegant baroque style:

For the latter , the first 30 seconds of this :

You know, pianos, clavichords, and cellos everywhere haha.

Or since we are in France:

-snip-

Doesn't fit IMO for one simple reason.

Unlike AC3 and London there, France is not in an elegant time, at every corner there is brutality and blood, corpses and famine. The music should be dark and gloomy, if anything it should mock elegance, mock the high class in its sound.

Chris Tilton, Sarah Schachner and Ryan Amon were all revealed by @Loomer979 on twitter. I have no idea who these guys are do you?

Would fit the setting so damn well, but I doubt it'd sound anything like this. :(

Im sure we will get some sort of thoat singing in their since ryan amon loves using it... however we will definetely be getting some sort of vocal in the spundtrack which is GREAT for me!

However i dont want the sou dtrack to be overly epic sounding... i would rather have a quiter spundtrack like revelations!

Niiiice. I've yet to listen to any of their stuff but new composers is always good!

Ryan Amon also composed some tracks for Killer Tracks, album Heroes and Villains. And there is obviously no throat singing as it is trailer music :D

E: I am now checking my music library. It seem many tracks from my fav album from Killer Tracks - Apocalypse 2012 are composed by him as well.

One of my favorite Hans Zimmer tracks for sure, but the tone is humorous rather than ominous. So it wouldn't fit.

This one is far more fitting IMO:
