When playing the game on excellent (my card doesn't support perfect http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-sad.gif ) and my plane has crash landed in the water, the water appears opaque and you can no longer see the plane. With perfect water can you see your submerged plane? Does anyone have any screenshots of a wrecked plane in perfect water?

No. It isn't that clever even in perfect mode. I wonder if Pacific Fighters is going to improve on this? With planes and ships sinking properly.

In at least this one shot, the water does appear to be transparent. The submerged portion seems to be distorted by refraction.

In other pictures the water is opaque. Perhaps it is controlled by falloff based on the viewers aspect angle.
