Hi,

Yeah, I'll be there on Saturday. Looks like the weather might even pick up (finger's crossed).

There's plenty of hysteria building up on the Key airshow site...and some nice pics, too.

Cheers,
Norris

Here's hoping. I'm not exactly in love with the idea of camping for three days in the kind of sh*t we've had for the past couple.

i'll be there if the weather looks even half decent (i.e. if the cloud ceiling is above 50 ft.no thunder and lightning, and PLEASE GOD no more gale force winds)is it too much to ask for in July? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

QUOTE]

According to Flypast magazine there's a P39Q Aircobra flying, along with a Curtiss Hawk 75A-1 (currently the only airworthy examples of their type). "Also expected to display are 11 Spitfires performing a scramble, several Hurricanes, a pair of B17's, the BOB memorial flight's Spitfire, Hurricane and C47, along with several aircraft from Europe and other parts of the world."

I'd bet my left knacker that there'll be at least a couple of P51's and P47's in there.

Not going - but any UK community member is welcome to join the official www.netwings.org (http://www.netwings.org) Duxford meet on the 4th September show. Last year we had about 20 of us meeting up including Biggs (Spitfire Modeler) and members from Holland and Australia. Keep an eye on the Aces Asylum forum for more details nearer the day
