Are they supposed to happen? I was flying a Hurricane Mk.l and at the top of a loop the engine quits and then as I come down back side of loop it restarts. Then I bank to left and it sputters again. I haven't seen this before in FB. Is it supposed to happen sometimes and to some planes?

Was that the older Hurrican you were flying?

That particular model didn't have fuel injection IIRC. So when you pull any negative Gs the fuel flow to the engine is interupted, causing the sputtering.

Actually all Hurricanes ever produced had a carbuerator-fed powerplant. Why 1C only modelled it on the MkI is a big mystery to me. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif

>"Flatspin", what is that supposed to mean? This aircraft is entirely spin-proof!<
