I'm using a gtx 750 as dedicated physx card. When I enable the card as dedicated physx card, the ingame physx option disappears.

The following is written in the current nvidia driver release notes:

GeForce 700 Series
[GeForce GTX 750(Ti)][Assassin's Creed IV
Black Flag]: The game does not use GPU
PhysX acceleration
on Maxwell GPUs.
A game patch that resolves this issue
will be available from Ubisoft in March

------

On which march we can expect the mentioned patch? Is there any bugfix planned for the future?

strange that it doesnt work, im not sure if there will be any future patches (most probably will not be), what driver version are you using?

This was unfortunately documented in the nvidia driver notes when this card came out a while back. Apparently, there's something different with how Maxwell based cards run PhysX, so some games will need patching. AC4 was directly mentioned:

 [GeForce GTX 750(Ti)][Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag]: The game does not use GPU
PhysX acceleration on Maxwell GPUs.
A game patch that resolves this issue will be available from Ubisoft in March.

EDIT: Speak of the devil, patch 1.07 fixes this problem. 750Ti works really well as a dedicated PhysX card. Still get some minor stuttering from the game engine though.
