1-Proper loadout for the JU-87D3, Including AB & SD bombs

2-Larger armor piercing bombs for attacking ships

3-The ability to drop Fuselage bombs & Wing bombs seperataly
& for the He-111 to drop one torpedo at a time

4-The ability to salvo rockets one at time, two at time or
all at once (Janes WWII Fighters has this ability)

5-for the Level Stabilizer to actually hold the altitude
you activate it at

6-More bombers in general (Ju-88, Pe-8, Do-217 etc.)

"An attack against a unit of Flying Fortresses was something like controlled suicide...Sometimes 50, Sometimes 80 machine guns were firing at you... You attempted to close your eyes & continue to fire, Frightened to death, Frightened to death."

1- I've heard laodouts will be included in a fiture patch.

5- Level stab will fly you level so long as you trim the plane properly. You can change the trim while in level stab mode.

But if i'm looking through the bombsight then i'm technically the Bombadier not the pilot, is'nt it the pilots job to Trim the plane, What's so wrong with asking for the Level Stabilizer to hold at a certain altitude, I assumed the Stabilizer is the pilot holding the plane level & straight for me to make the bomb run.

Unfortunately, at higher altitudes it becomes much more difficult or impossible to trim out the tendency of the level stabilizer to drift downward. It's almost as if the downward drift in the level stabilizer increases exponentially with altitude, finally reaching a point were even full up elevator trim will not compensate. If this is a "feature," it's one I've never really understood. Why make things more difficult for players already trying to do multiple jobs at once in a level bomber?

Well put, This is an excerpt from the original README for FB

9. Level and direction stabilization for bombers.

We have added the control button "Level Stabilizer" and corresponding message "Level Stabilizer On" and "Level Stabilizer Off". This function allows beginners to keep the level course of bomber auto on direct line before/when the player will work with bombsight.

I interpret this to mean That while the Level Stabilizer is active the Bomber will keep a LEVEL flight allowing the player to act as the bombadier without the interruption of having to trim the plane in any way.

I totally agree. I've tried trimming WITH the autolevel on and it does NOT work. I've given up trying to bomb properly with the H111 because you need to maintain speed, altitude, etc before you can lock on the bombing point. (ie. u lock it on before...and it'll automatically move downwards as you move closer and bombs automatically). I've tried this several times online and single player and nothing.

I've resorted to flying low ie. around 20m, popping up to around 500m on the bombrun and back down to 20m. It works - ie u avoid all the fighters (or most of them). Unfortunately, if you don't select a bomb delay of 10 secs, you're toast!

Also a wider selection of bombers would be nice/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Such as flyable US bombers:
B-17/24/25/26/ & A 20

Brittish bombers.

the VVS
Pe-2's &3's
and a pe-8 would be really nice but "no cockpit data"

And a flyable Ju-88 (which i think is already in the works)

Basically we need more bombers.
we full up on new fighters.
glad we're getting the p-80/p-51/p-38's & Do-217.
but at this point in the sim i think a wider selection of Bombers would be most welcomed.

The WB 81 containers carrying 3 x MG81Z for low level ground strafing would be the most welcome loadout for the Ju-87, or the super heavy 1400 KG bomb.
One can always dream. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Here's another thing needed. More Formations.
off hand i can think of a few....
1. Defensive Box
2. V Formation
3. Inverted V Formation
4. Inverted A Formation
5. Y formation
Just to name a few. But these are the one's needed the most i think.
