Seriously how long does it take to refund 11:98 its been a week so far and next to NO information in regards this refund for 2 i for items i don't have.

All This from a company that made $83 million in 2013..... just hand it over....

it takes time, usually it takes up to 2 weeks for most companies, if your request is approved, then its not just like some1 will hit a button to refund you the amount (technically it is), but there are approvals and financial work to be done even if it was 1$. just try to update your support ticket and PM Mr_Shade or Black_Widow9 with your ticket number to help you out.

We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within four days.

Nice.... I think they expect me just to forget about the issue....

And why would it take two weeks for a refund when they have all the information they need,

ie: They have a record of the purchase, they must know that the DLC has NOT been used, Because i am unable to install it. (because they have been informed)

Its just ridiculous that they treat there customers this way.

And as a result of this poor treatment i will no longer be making ANY further purchase's from Uplay.

Its no wonder people download pirated copy's of games and the such!

calm down man, i know its frustrating, but those are financial records and they have to be calculated carefully with multiple approvals, just do as i stated earlier and you will be fine.

Seeing as after 31 days of back and forth with (LOL) support i cant even download my patch for AC4. I requested a refund for DLC I paid for ($10 Aus) and i have been waiting 10 days for that - so far nothing. It seems the only thing that Ubisoft is good at is taking our money, they are not so good at returning it or providing some kind of service. HOPELESS!!!!

Its appears if make repeated requests and submit multiple tickets on the same subject somebody's cage gets rattled. and this morning i have a couple of emails asking me NOT to make multiple or submit multiple tickets in regards the same issue (fair enough) and the other emails was a "Letter Of Destruction" so basically i accepted both of the agreements. :_)

In the beginning the thought of a refund didn't even occur to me all i wanted was what i had paid for and that was the DLC simple request, But for lack of documentation about buying games from steam and Uplay and any DLC was not readily available and was not stated at any time on steam or on Uplay at the time of purchase that if buying DLC at a future date you have to purchase the DLC from where you bought the game.

This needs to be addressed by both Uplay and Steam and to made clear that if you intend to buy DLC for any game that you purchase via Uplay or steam you have to buy the DLC from the respective company's that you bought the game from.

I hope this helps out other gamers in the future to avoid this pitfall and that both company's will make this information readily available for all future purchase's buy there customers, because if it wasn't for us customers these company's would not exist.

I am grateful for all the assistants received from everybody that has been involved in having this minor incident resolved successfully or it will be in 5-to-7 days when i receive my refund and will be able to buy the DLC in question.

Game On!
