How long does it take for customer support to respond to a ticket. I don't know if I made a mistake when I created my account but I got an error my game is linked to that account and I can't play. sent a ticket through customer support no response yet. I have owned this product for 8 days and still can't play. :mad:

I feel you pain, bro. Since Ubisoft joined Abstergo and templars, their customer support for assassins is not that good that it used to be :)

Well monday i made a ticket and got an anser on tuesday to send my pc spec , wich i did an hour later i received the answer , then i needed to wait untill today so 3 days to receive a "solution" wich was so ridiculous that it absolutely made no sense...

I'm rather anoyed by support that they can't recognize last patch broke more then it fixed....

Mr. Shade has stated if your solution doesn't work, to send in another ticket telling them that.

Don't send in another Ticket, make sure you update your original Ticket and let them know it did not solve your issue.

You can also try giving them a call. Hours and days of operation will vary depending on location,
