so spit & Hurri overheats really quickly...and their cooling system seams to be the worst of all the planes in FB...very poor and slow cooling...so was that Merlin so hot machine with poor cooling system in real world?

Yes, in fact the heat issue was so bad that only SUVS comes close to spitfires contribution to global warming.

You know some other people were saying that the Spitfire takes a long time to overheat...even at full boost. It also takes its sweet time to loose that heat when it does reach the overheat point.

Not sure what to belive till I get AEP anyways http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I disagree with original poster, Spitifre takes very long to overheat (too long IMO), but it also takes too long to get rid of the heat. By my observations anyway.

Tvrdi, not sure how to take your post. Like I have said, I think the Spitfire takes too long to overheat, and it takes too long to get rid of it once it does. I hope they are both looked at, not just one. Ok?
