I purchased AC:brotherhood thru amazon.com. it downloaded and installed fine until it asked for the activation key. I put in the key i got with the purchase but it gives me an error message saying that this key is already in use with another Uplay account and to contact Ubusoft suppport. Has anyone else had this happen? And suggestions for what to do?

the support site is not complete, all it is is a list of links on the left side of screen. I can't get to any type of email or phone number to call.
