My english isnt that good c: sry
i think necropolis needs creatures closer to the undead concept.

Undead Summoner:

Cost
Deploy Cost: 5
Might Cost: 4
Magic Cost: 2

Stats
Magic Shooter
3/0/5

Effects
Immune to retaliation
Dead Rising: When Undead Summoner kills a creature, deploy a 1/0/1 Skeleton Minion in front of Undead Summoner. Skeleton minion will have quick attack and will die at the end of the turn.

or

Dead Rising : When Undead Summoner kills a creature, deploy a 1/0/1 Skeleton Minion in any adjacent position (if its ranged position, it will be a ranged skeleton minion). Skeleton minion will have quick attack and will die at the end of the turn.

or

Dead Rising: When Undead Summoner kills a creature, deploy that creature in any adjacent position. That creature wont have any abilities, will have quick attack and will die at the end of the turn.

or maybe dont have quick attack and dont make it die and the end of the turn.

Id make it a melee shooter and would allow its spawns be deployed anywhere and not die. As a melee shooter retaliation from other monsters would ensure not an endless minion army but since it is expensive and not overly powerful would make a possible good defensive card in critical situations. Overall a very interesting idea in my opinion.
