Hey Assassins/Templars,Which P.O.E and First Civ. members do you think we'll encounter in ACIV:BF?In AC1, we saw The Apple of Eden. In AC2, we saw another Apple, The Staff and Minerva while The Truth puzzles revealed more conspiracies in real life explained by the existence of the Apple of Eden and the First Civilization's influence.

In AC:B, we encountered The Apple (again) and Juno. In AC:R, we saw Altair's Apple one more time along with The Masyaf Keys and Tinea as well as brief glimpse of Juno and Minerva and a cutscene portraying the Toba Catastrophe. In AC3, we saw The Crystal Skull, The Key, The Power Sources, George Washington's Scepter (which is equipped with the Apple) and of course, Juno and Minerva.

What are you expecting/hoping to see in ACIV:BF? What real life events occurred in the Pirates reign which can be explained by the Pieces of Eden? The Shroud? The Staff? The Apple? The Crystal Skull? I'm guessing that Juno must make an appearance or at least gets mentioned some place throughout the game but I'm also expecting Erudito to have some sort of mention as well.

Share your ideas!

I would like to know about Juno's story and where she stands. They didn't explain very much at the end of ACIII. Also, I think Erudito may very well appear too, since we are supposed to be the modern day protagonist. He'll probably provide us with some truths, like before, that Abstergo doesn't want to share.

THANK YOU for using this as your signature. I've always wanted to discuss this. What are those?!

Surely you've heard of them!!! They make the Jackdaw invisible, and double as a parachute for when Edward has to make a quick getaway. They can also be used as a bed sheet that has the power to stop the act of conception.

True story....

I would like to see a Sword and another new artifacts!

Also, PLEASE give us "TWCB" others than the Greek/Ethruscan/Roman ones. Giving the "old" civilization different factions could be a great twist.

I've heard the sword of Eden will be in the game, or as dlc. Awesome!

I totally agree about the sword (there seems to be many fans of it) as well as the TWCB thing. In the vault where Ezio combines The Staff with The Apple after defeating Rodrigo Borgia, we get to see writings on the wall, the Cuneiform writings which are the oldest known writing systems that have existed between 34 Century BC to 1st Century AD and the known users of this type of writings were "Akkadian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akkadian_language)
, Eblaite (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eblaite_language)
, Elamite (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elamite_language)
, Hattic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hattic_language)
, Hittite (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hittite_language)
, Hurrian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurrian_language)
,Luwian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luwian_language)
, Sumerian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumerian_language)
, Urartian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urartian_language)
, Old Persian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Persian)". First of all, I have no idea why would a temple/vault built in the reign of the First Civilization which perished about 75,000 years ago would decorate the walls with Cuneiform writings but the only explanation to that would be that TWCB had something to do with the civilizations that used this method. Perhaps Minerva or Juno communicated with Assassins from the Sumerian, Akkadian, or Old Persian eras the same way they communicated with Ezio Auditore and Desmond Miles, simultaneously. And they recorded those texts on their walls as a way to document the future and the evolution of their creation, humans.

So yes, I definitely think there's linkage between Sumerians and TWCB. So many events and conspiracies in AC that were explained by the work of TWCB or the effect of the POE are sort of related to Ancient Astronauts theories in real life and I guess the Sumerians and Ancient Egyptian civilizations are also related to Ancient Astronauts and there's so much about strong leaders, powerful battles, mythical journeys, mighty creatures and monsters and definitely a large share of enslavement of the masses and using them as a work force, so I'm 100% sure that this has something to do with TWCB in the mythology and the universe of Assassin's Creed.

First Civilization races, not factions.

I'm guessing we might come across a Mayan first civ, judging by the "mayan ruins" that we have in abundance.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if we got a crystal skull/ball, considering we're in/close to the area where both could be common (Crystal Skulls are kinda south american and Crystal Balls are a staple of the voodoo/psychic cliche).

We got the cube of eden, maybe the sword of eden, we got stuff from eden.

.

Well, I did mean factions!

Why? Because it would cool, at least to me, that not all them were united, that may be some them sided with the humans during the war, out of the "Gods" he have only met the ethruscan/greek/roman ones, what about Norse, egyptian, mayan, aztec, caribbean, japanese, sumerian, chinese etc etc. See what I mean?

Give us other pieces of eden besides the apples as well.

Your idea is interesting too. It's Rino or Reno btw :P
I never really thought about it but it makes sense. We've only known about TWCB from the Roman/Greek/Etruscan mythology, what about other places and people? It's true that Eden might have been the biggest city or the center of their civilization but they also said that their civilization spanned everywhere on Earth, so I'm sure there were more "leaders" or God-like figures with different motives.

Okay.. so First Civ nations..

Not everything has to be called a faction. It's too video-gamey.

isn't the sword part of a DLC package (I could swear I saw it as part of a DLC in one of those CEs)? It wouldn't make much sense if Edward got the sword in the game but only those with the DLC be able to use it, so it'll probably be just a skin and/or part of a DLC mission that won't have much effect on the story, I would like to see different PoEs influencing the story, there was a reason why we were after the apple with Desmond, now that the apple was used they could use different PoEs in the game and not just add them as a bonus...

If the sword is in the Adewale DLC it will have an effect on the story.

but a minor effect since you aren't forced to buy the DLC, IMO it wouldn't be fair with the other players if just those who pay extra money gain access to different PoEs, almost everything revolve around these artefacts, left them as an exclusive item for those who pay more for it would lame, it's like make a Desmond DLC for AC4 where just those who buy an specific CE will have access..

And you aren't forced to buy Black Flag. That means that Black Flag shouldn't involve PoE's either.

Your logic is flawed. If the sword is in the Adewale DLC, it will have an effect on the story. Liberation had an effect on the story, and you had to pay for that. The Tyranny heavily involved an Apple, and you had to pay for that.

Also, I don't ever want to use a PoE as a weapon for more than a mission or two (or at least not a long part of the game), as they would be too OP.

It could be like this...We get the sword in main game with powers temporarily ...we get it as a skin by pre-ordering...makes sense, right??
