Hello, I've been scouring the internet trying to find a good answer to this question. I've been looking for Dev quotes to give me some sort of idea what the XBOX 360 version would be like versus the PS4 version. I get that the graphics might look a bit better. However, I'm just wondering stuff like-

1) Will the world size be just as big as the other versions for next gen?

2) Are graphics SIGNIFICANTLY reduced? i.e. (Player Models, World Textures, Water Textures and Reflections) will they at least be very close to the next gen?

3) Will all the features (Game Mechanics and Gameplay Features such as Free-Aim. Whaling, Seamless Boarding, Leveling) be the same on Current Gen then as Next Gen?

4) Will sails blow in the wind? and how will the storms be different on Current gen then on Next? (Will there still be water tornadoes? will they still destroy ships?) and how are the aesthetic features of the storms different? (and are there fewer types of storms?)

5) will the jungle canopy still move when walked through and if so how is it different in next gen?

6) are all the mini games in the Next Gen present in Current Gen?

7) are ship mechanics, effects and aesthetics the same as in next gen?

8) is ship combat the same as in next gen?

9) how is water behavior and effects different on next gen than on current?

and overall what are the main differences? just small stuff or is there some MAJOR differences in visuals, gameplay and experience?

This is my first post, and I really want some concrete answers. (Devs if you monitor this and don't want to spoil anything for the main public PLEASE PM ME because I can't afford next gen consoles and it might make or break me buying your game)

Didn't we talk about this a hundred times before? Only differences between next and current are aesthetic. Smoke, water effects... Etc nothing else

1. Yes.

2. Yes.

3. Yes.

4) There will be minimal difference.

5) Dunno but should be the same

6) Yes.

7) Yes, no, no.

8) Yes.

9) Much better water physics and simulation.

There will be major visual difference, nothing else since it's a crossgen game. Only games that are not going to support current gen will actually be different.

Okay, so. will there be Anti-Aliasing for XBOX 360 version? AC3 didn't look like it had much of it.

and for bullet 2) is that a yes on both parts of the question?

Will there be system lag for the XBOX 360 version?

and I did not see any other posts on this topic with the questions I presented.

Dunno, AA is pretty taxing.

It was a yes for significant reduction.

That depends on how well they optimize the game.

So, as my final question.

Will AC 4 be a dramatic improvement graphically over AC 3 / Minor Improvement Graphically or the same graphically?

I already know it will far surpass AC 3 as far as Gameplay / Mechanics and story.

(Sorry to be such an annoyance here but I'm just trying not to be disappointed if it's not the vast improvement I'm hoping it is)

You know the difference between AC3 PC and console? That'll be the difference between next and current gen and a bit more.

So will there still be schools of fish and dolphins in the ocean to add to the immersion?

AC4 on all next-gen consoles will include a one-hour bonus Haytham epilogue sequence where we witness the death of Edward and as a PS4-exclusive there will be an additional fifteen hours of Connor sequences and Connor free roam side content that will be made available on PC and Xbox One as a $10 expansion.

You didn't say that in your post but I saw Dolphins and Schools of fish in the new trailer and was wondering if that was one of the "Minor" aesthetic features that would be omitted in current gen consoles. That's all. Im done now.
