I have just preordered black flag of the ubishop website and it has taken the full 119 pound out when it specified that it would only charge your card when the items have been dispatched. What is going on???

I was told by other customers that Ubishop will charge your card to see if it's valid then they'll refund it in a few hours (or up to a day). This isn't based on my own experience because I only use paypal. But hopefully this is the case for you.

It may have withdrew the amount to check whether you have sufficient funds in the account, but don't quote me on it. Best thing to do is contact Ubishop support.

thank you guys :) im really worried as i have a few bills to pay and everything and i was a little bit worried if the payment isn't gonna go back in :( its weird because my balance is the same, just money available has gone down. if anyone that works for ubisoft or something can give me some information i will be a very happy man.

Anything you buy from the Ubishop is charged straight away.

Have you tried sending a PM to Mr_Shade or Black_Widow9? Ubishop customer support can be awfully slow, and when they finally do contact you they sometimes don't answer the question.
