This is our carrier. You can find it on the pacific map, the small atol in the middle of the two islands, the easterm edge.

The position of the He-162 is where the plane stopped after landing from the right side.

With the FMB Destruction slider you can take out the palm trees and use the island as a little base.

Get the destruction brush out, set the parameters, hold down F and hold the mouse button down over the green areas.

THe destruction levels only seems to work for me when I PLAY from the mission editor and cycle the views. When I actually host the mission the trees are back there.
Similarily this happens to me with moving boats.. they are there when i play from the editor but disapear in the real dog fight mission.

There are even some longer strips to land the plane in a conventional way. On the longer ones you can even take off again http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Btw, the trapping works with almost every plane http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Destruction Instruction is in FB manual, but if you don't have it, lemme know (here not PM). I suggest taking all 3000+ palm trees out over entire map, then setting Destruction slider to minimum and reducing brush size and putting the palms around the airfields back. They are nice to see around the airfields, and they are not so dense or not so numerous near the airfields. They must have known these things had fps issues.
