Question guys,

Got a new 17 inch flatscreen monitor today. My old one was like 15 inches (TINY!!). Anyhow, my old monitor was set at like 800x600 resolution and with the new one it says it can do 1600x1200. But when I set it at that resolution all the icons are so small. Is there any way to keep it that resolution but keep the icons at a respectable size?

For windows XP:

right click desktop > propertys
Appearance tab> advanced button
Select 'Icon' in the item dropdown and then change the value in the size box
click OK

Also:
right click desktop> propertys
Settings tab> Advanced button
change the DPI setting
