Whenever I replay a mission in Revelations, I am forced to wear Ishak Pasha's armour, I can change it, but I don't want to run for 15 minutes to change it... Is there a solution to stop the armour appearing when replaying missions?

Equip Isha Pasha armor, then go to "second" mission on the first sequence, the one in which Ezio follows an Altair ghostly figure, and end it, you will be able to freeroam the game with the original and "armorless" outfit.

Not sure, this is a new one on me. Probably not, if it's what you were wearing the first time around.

Ok, thanks to both of you, but will my armour remain empty when I play the game again? (Not a new game)

The armor is indeed quite good looking! A WHOLE different story from the Armor of brutus. However I find it to bulky for an assassin to wear, and I happen to love the original "pilgrim" robes.
