Why is it called Free-running? When they use parkour movements.

Ok, For parkour you don't perform flips and spin. The goal of parkour is to get to Point A to Point B as fast as possible exactly what you do on AC.

For freerunning it requires flip, wall spins and yet you don't and/or can't do that on AC. If you can please send me a link.

Anyone who isn't a smartass will tell you that parkour=free-running.
