What if the first assassin comes from the Mayan culture? would you like to run around the old Mayan buildings and temples? WHAT IF, the calendar they made actually did something? the story could revolve around that?

I can imagine their take on places like Palenque, Tikal, Takalik Abaj, Chichen Itza, Uxmal... While Colonial Guatemala wouldn't work, I bet you they could make that work a lot better.
I mean, just check some locations of those with this: http://www.maya-3d.com/
And while Maya houses were small, they could still get stuff done, specially considering the dense forest in the areas.

wow... that would actually be pretty cool in an assassin's game... just to climb and explore those temples and buildings...

ASSASSIN'S CREED 5: 1st worldWill never happen, there are almost no historical things to take place in.

While getting specific events is a problem, they can easily work during the late classic period of the Maya culture and get stuff done. They have no specific things to hold on to, but they have how to represent it to make it be realistic and accurate.
"The Late Classic Period:
The Maya late Classic Period (600-900 A.D.) marks the high point of Maya culture. Powerful city-states like Tikal and Calakmul dominated the regions around them and art, culture and religion reached their peaks. The city-states warred, allied with, and traded with one another. There may have been as many as 80 Maya city-states during this time. The cities were ruled by an elite ruling class and priests who claimed to be directly descended from the Sin, Moon, stars and planets. The cities held more people than they could support, so trade for food as well as luxury items was brisk. The ceremonial ball game was a feature of all Maya cities."

I would very much like this. That's why I was very excited about the Ruins at Cerros AC3 DLC (even though that was pretty short) and the promise of Mayan temples in AC4.

A little late here considering I fell asleep but I'd like to add Tikal, Chichen Itza and Palenque could easily be the three main locations. And there's 3D reconstructions of the main structures, so that works.

I certainly want this to happen. It would make for an amazing game.
