Do you think that will be touched in the AC universe? And, if so, how will they do it? After all its not been long since Juno's release and December 21, when the world was almost destroyed... So! A meteor falls! Holy! Thats something they surely can use! After all, they used that Buddha statue!

Not to be pessimistic, but I doubt they'd use it. It's rather irrelevant, given the magnitude of the events ilustrated in the franchise.

They do make mention of the Tunguska fireball. But this is hardly as impressive as that.

i dont know... after that buddha statue thing in desmond's journey, i came to think that twcb's tec is made from meteorite rocks or something like that... its not gold for all we know and still all of them have the same golden shining aspect. so theyre probably made from the same material... and that statue was made from this ancient meteorite and it may very well be a disabled poe.
