Well Deserved in my opinion..

The Animations of AC III are the most smooth and realistic I`v ever seen in an open world video game...
If there`s anything I`d rate 10 out of 10, it`s this..

Congratulations, extremely well deserved! The animators really nailed Connor's movements and that added a lot to his personality. Connor was more aggressive, more force behind every motion, fought efficiently and brutally, rather than elegantly. You could really feel the suppressed frustration and anger with every motion. It was true art :)! The way Connor made long jumps, shifting balance in mid-air, was exquisite. For a long time I loved just running forward and wiggle the stick left and right, to watch Connor shift his balance :D. I just can't praise the animations enough!!!!

Nice to see unanimous praise for AC3 for once. I have been raving about the animations since release, truly amazing, makes the game seem entirely next gen compared to the previous games. I've been playing the others through (Up to Brotherhood atm) and jumped onto AC3 for a quick jam the other day, the animations (and graphics) are just miiiles ahead of anything else I have seen.

Congratulations! Not suprised to be honest. Connor's animations were flawless. Most detailed 3rd person character indeed. Sometimes I would just run to see Connor's animations. The tree-running, fighting everything was so realistic. I really love how the AC3 team created Connor with a lot of heart. 3 years of development of his character is not that short.
Too bad Far Cry didn't win anything. :/
