Today answer my ticket....shame.

In order to respond to this email, please update this incident (Please do not create a new incident).

After checking the CD key that came with your game, it appears that it isn't related to a freedom edition of the game and as such wont have of the additional content in the game. I would suggest going back to the retailer regarding this issue and requesting a different key or a refund, as the key you've been provided by the retailer for the Freedom edition of the game isn't correct.

You guys are all incompetent people prefer to go to the fields to plow. A similar problem with EA and Activision support 3 minutes to solve the authentication after a few clicks.
Replace the game and buy a new season pass is because the user account is already linked above. You're really all absolutely stupid!
