My personal favorite mission is in AC Brotherhood sequence 8 "All roads lead to...". The mission was fantastic, you and your assassin friends fighting together against waves of borgia troops. I always called in all my assassin recruits to help and it made the experience even better. I mean it's your whole guild fighting against tons of troops, i always remember that mission. I am curious to see what everybody's opinions are on what his/her favorite mission is :).

Arsuf.....That mission was just Amazing...The Atmosphere, Music and seeing that marching Army from the cliff...

It was Perfect....Most Linear mission in AC I...and it still felt more free than anything we have in AC II, ACB, ACR and AC III

The ending battle with Al Mualim. I thought it was a really good way to have a boss fight and I thought the twist was good enough! Loved how he multiplied himself and then brought back "phantoms" of the 9 Templars and you had to kill them all at once.

Probably the very first real mission as an Assassin.. the one in Damascus where you kill the merchant. Can't remember his name.. Tamir, maybe? I thought everything about it encapsulated the way the assassins went about business. The approach, the stalking, the execution, the philosophical dialogue with the dying enemy, and the escape back into the crowd. Beauty.

So many to choose from. Killing Sibrand on the boat (AC1), infiltrating Castel Sant Angelo, both times (ACB), the boat mission in Bonfire of Vanities (AC2)... AC2 had a lot of good ones.

A few that comes to mind (SPOILERS obv):

AC1: The mission with the merchant (?) who wants to murder all of his guests at his party.
AC2: Many :). I guess the one where you use Da Vincis's flying machine stands out a bit in my memory.
ACB: The one where you follow someone through all the ruins, then climb the colloseum to take out the shooters and then join a play to prevent a murder of the actor playing Jesus. Pretty epic stuff :D!
ACR: Have to think about this one.
AC3: Assassinating William Johnson.

Can I say all the Tomb missions? I love those. Great mix of puzzles, platforming and stealth. And they have the best reward in the game.

Yeah this one ranks pretty high on my list too. Creed at its best.

AC1: Where you are attacked by the templars in the opening part of the game
AC2: There are countless, but I'd have to go with the whole Pazzi sequence
ACB: Killing Cesare Borgia, and killing the french general
ACR: The mission where you pretty much destroy that underground city, and Ezios awesome speech to Desmond at the end
AC3: Desmond going back to Abstergo, and the captain Kidd missions

Honestly... almost every mission in AC1, they made me feel like an assassin. people hate on that game because it was "repetitive" yeah well it was a job, every job is like that, repetitive not killing people lol.

As for AC2... probably the mission (spoilers? i wouldn't think so but what ev) where your family is executed, actually no... all the missions leading up to that part and the few missions afterwards.

Brotherhood, the mission were you kill the cardinal at the fancy sex party, so much atmosphere, the music, the sights, it felt real. that and the mission where you chase the Cardinal on the roof in the rain... wow!

Revelations, didn't like really any of the missions in that game, didn't feel... right. I guess maybe the first mission at masyaf and the last mission, sequence 9.

Number 3, London operha house, all the kid Connor missions, all the missions that feature prominant historical figures (oh wait... that's all of them :P)

Yeah... but If I had to pick an overall favorite it would have to be... either the templar throwing the party in Jurselam or the black arms dealer in the souk because those were the first missions I ever played in any AC game, the first time as playing AC as well.

One of my favorites without a doubt is when you have to infiltrate Castle Sant'Angelo in Brotherhood.

AC1: Killing Tamir, Garnier de Naplouse, Sibrand
AC2: Flying over Venice, the Carnivale mission, infiltrating the Vatican.
ACB: Infiltrating the Castello, that mission where you save the actor playing Jesus
ACR: The starting Masyaf mission, Saving Suleiman from Templars, the Forum of Ox
AC3: Battle of Chesapeake Bay, The Braddock expedition, the mission where you free Ziio, Lexington and Concord, the mission where Connor saves Washington, Monmouth, Bunker Hill, Mad Doctor's Castle, Fort Wolcott.

Overall if I had to pick one favourite AC mission it would be flying over Venice during night time. Nuff said! That one mission defines AC and everything I love in it for me.

For an assassin-y mission, as opposed to one of the exotic ones, the Cappadocia stuff I think.

Oh ****.. how did I forget the mad doctor in AC 1? "But I want to play with fire father!" DEM CHILLS.

The mad doctor was my second favorite mission in AC1. He was one of the most compelling villains in the whole series, and I remember the tension I felt trying to assassinate him stealthily for the first time. All those crazy people walking around, threatening to blow your cover, guards at every corner, the chilling conversations the doctor had with his patients....

I forgot to mention my favorite mission for AC3: Desmond going to Abstergo. I was so excited to be able to explore all the familiar rooms and corridors ("this is where Lucy and I fought those guards, here's my old room"), not to mention the stuff we hadn't been able to access before in the other games. I only wish there'd have been more Abstergo-exploring.

Searching any of the tombs for Altair's seals in AC2, and the same for Brutus in ACB. That one underground mission from Revelations. In AC2, finally hunting down the new Pope and letting him have it. AC3, when you save George Washington and infiltrate Abstergo as Desmond.
