Hard to gauge distance, so it's hard to compare. But I know the F-15 is a huge plane...I'm sure there are others here that could speak to that.

As far as WW2 birds go the Corsair is HUGE!! I was shocked. I was able to walk completely under the nose and not bend.. Im 6'1".

and the F111 carries a bigger conventional bomb load than a WWII Liberator


btw .. typhoons and tempests are also impressively large aircraft in real life compared to the likes of the Spitfire which is tiny ion comparison
