We have the MK IXe, L.F. MK.IXe(CW), and the H.F. MK.IXe 43.

Isn't the MK. IXe and the H.F. MK IXe the same plane?. I ran a speed test on the deck and they have about the same top speed of 524km/h TAS.

Anyone know what the differances are for these aircraft?

These Spits designition are extremely confusing. AFAIK E meant the E wing and H.F. high altitude optimization.
