Havent been useful for a while now.....so I thought I'd make some of our Finnish buddies happier. I know some of U who like the Yaks so grab it and run.

Yak 3... a bit simplified manual (more, instructions) with "how to" drawings. Never seen anything like this before.

My own Finnish is rudimentary but I seem to understand it in this simple and straightforward setting.

Check out the other articles in english and finnish.

These Guys have done a great work in translating many of their articles to english and perhaps they have an english copy of the Yak3 instructions, or might consider translating it in future if there is interest?

It worth noting that the original is in Russian, so you don't need to understand Finnish ...

I have one for the LA5FN (subject to availability) which I translated for the FI squad and may share here too if someone will host for me?

I love those old russian flight manuals! It will be just GREAT if somebody would like to translate this manual into english and keep it in the same format.

Thanks F19_Ob http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Not many understand Russian though. Even if the meaning of the pictures is quite clear (excellent manuals).

I dont seem to need it, but I love flightmanuals for all planes(and such) and the insight they bring. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/mockface.gif

Cool manual. Nice to see little cartoons of those things in the cockpit and then seeing what they do. However, I don't understand a word of Finnish or Russian. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/blink.gif

Hmmmm, so the stick was interlinked to the tail wheel and had to be 2/3 back for it to castor. Looks like we're missing a few things in the sim.
