A couple of months? O.o

In case of ACI, what exactly do you consider as one story mission? The whole process of investigation+assassination?

Approximately 250-280 days (depending on what you consider 'one mission' for AC1), give or take, if you do one main mission per day.

I'd count just one investigation as a mission, but I'd only do the required amount.

Well, if I hadn't missed anything, it would take 290 days, not counting Desmond missions. (and that is, I count only AC1, 2, ACB, ACR and AC3 memories, without the mobile spin-offs)

Question, why are you doing this? Not to be critical, it's just interesting... To pass the time? I might do this myself, until something else that catches my attention comes out.

If I was new to the game I wouldn't know how to not play more than just one story mission a day and I don't think anyone could stick to just one either so I agree with pirate1802, a couple of months. I wish I could empty my memory and do it all again. Enjoy.

Edit: If you do this it will save you some $$ to pick this up>> http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/09/26/exclusive-assassins-creed-ezio-trilogy-to-launch-on-ps3/
You can also pick up AC1 for under $10
